The UK Cohousing Network are interested in receiving expressions of interest from organisations or individuals to provide external supervision and support to the co-ordinator.

The contract would be for an initial 12 months; an all inclusive fee of up to £4000 is available.

The UK Cohousing Network seeks a Coordinator

The UK Cohousing Network was set up in 2004 to promote and develop cohousing in the UK.
We wish to appoint our first Coordinator to take the Network to its next stage of development. We are looking for an energetic and self motivated person who will work from home and will be supported by a part time project worker.

Newly-formed group is looking for people interested in communally acquiring property & land, probably in rural Somerset.
Ideally vegetarian, a communal kitchen etc. is envisaged, but we intend to have also individual dwellings.

Cohousing group starting in Northern Ireland

COHOUSING GROUP STARTING IN NORTHERN IRELAND
This project was started by a group of friends in October 2011. We had all
been thinking in our own way of how it could be possible to live in an
environment that would be nurturing and supportive, full of interest with
different people and activities while at the same time ecologically sound
and with moderate running costs. Cohousing seems to offer all of this (and
more) and with nothing available in Northern Ireland we are setting up our
own project.
