Norwich Cohousing is now actively developing plans for our project. Over the past year we have formed a group, got to know each other and discussed our core values. We have drawn up a constitution and set up a bank account. We've had a lot of meals together! We have also loosely defined our objective - a sustainable cohousing community within seven miles of Norwich City Centre.
We are now starting to develop contacts with organisations and professionals, gather information and look for potential sites. We will also be hosting open events and publicising our group locally. New prospective members are always welcome.

Norwich cohousing getting closer to land

local developer about a plot of land. The location is about three
quarters of a mile from the city centre, in a pleasant residential
neighbourhood. There are shops and schools nearby, with easy access
to most workplaces. The whole site will accommodate a larger
development of 80 houses or more, but there is a corner of the plot
earmarked for 30 units which is very suitable for cohousing. House
