New Plans (2011) for Eco Chateau

Following a great deal of research and discussion with many people who would like to join, I am now proposing a slightly different scheme for the co-housing as described below.

One of the main reasons for doing this is so that I can offer membership at a much lower price. Also, my research amongst many has indicated that ownership of the chateau is more of a liability than an asset as it puts up the price considerably, it is a big responsibility and carries a large cost to convert etc.
